The University of Oregon's Office of Sustainability and the School of Planning, Public Policy and Management are celebrating the newest graduate of the master's in Public Administration (MPA) program. The office's team member, Cimmeron Gillespie, is now a Double Duck! Gillespie manages the UO Surplus program, coordinates waste reduction efforts during campus move-in and move-outs, and various outreach and education activities. 

Gillespie was a dedicated student, having to work full time while enrolling in one course per term starting in Fall 2020 until their graduation in Winter 2025. Gillespie's passion for public service paired with the skills and experience earned through their new degree will drive Gillespie's continued success in the office for years to come.
