Research Interests: Jordy Coutin is an Assistant Professor in the School of Planning, Public Policy and Management. His research to day focuses on homelessness and housing policy. His current projects focus on the impact of legal decisions on the criminalization of homelessness, the use of transportation systems as a form of mobile shelter, and the adoption of exclusionary housing ordinances.
